Commercial Foods and Culinary Arts – Clearwater Campus Testimonial

  • Chelsea Marshall-Hirvela, was a summer 2014 graduate.  She works for and is founding member of the University of Florida for the Cooperative Extension for Leon County Family Nutrition Program.

    She teaching nutrition and cooking clinic for low income families, and also works with adults and seniors.  Because of her work with the program has been able to start a graduate food program for food safety, which will provide her promotional opportunities.
