If you are experiencing technical difficulties (this does not include questions/concerns about an assignment or course expectation, those should be directed to your teacher) which prevent you from completing your assignments on time, you must notify your teacher and the tech help desk by submitting a help ticket below. Technology problems must be reported within 24-48 hours of its onset. You must include in your request the name of the course, the instructor's name, the module/lesson affected if applicable, and a detailed description of the problem. This will expedite a resolution to your problem.
