RFQ Construction Management

To be eligible for consideration, interested construction management firms or groups must be judged as qualified by the Pinellas County School Board pursuant to Florida CCNA statute. 

Please see the Request for Qualifications packages posted to OpenGov for all required information to be submitted. 

Except for shortlisted presentation/interview sessions, all other Selection Committee Meetings are publicly noticed meetings. If you would like to attend a scheduled selection committee meeting, please refer to the solicitation document for the scheduled date and time, and email Joe Benjamin at benjaminst@pcsb.org for a Teams meeting link, 24 hours prior to the scheduled meeting.
